bloggity blog, writing

It happened to me and I allowed it to…

Something shifted in me today

And I think it is because of you

And you

And you

And you

I wrote something today which has never come easy

(The thing, not the writing although that is never easy either.)

And I didn’t know I had done it

Until it was done

I wrote love

With words and characters and music, unheard.

I have written about love

In a past life

But it was fake

Man made

A concrete path in the middle of the woods

This time it

I didn’t know it was happening

I didn’t realise or plan or plot

I stumbled into your garden and feel, head first into a big steaming pile of it

I asked for love.

And it found me

But the feeling is still blissful

Like music, seductive and heavy

Whispered secrets

Hugs and kisses and

*giggles behind fingers

And I couldn’t have done it without you

And you

And you

And you too

    1. Hahahaha It was not just clever… it was inspired by that feeling you get in your belly like butterflies…
      And smouldering thoughts and words…
And of course… light… like that which turns into rainbows when shone through glass…

      1. Hahaha, I get those butterflies in my chest. Summer sleeps in my abdomen. The light of love is rainbow of adorable colors in your poem. Fiery smouldering was what goes to stomach and showers out of chest 😀 😀 😀

  1. I have to say, I’m liking this side of you, the romantic, hopeful, dreamy side. It suits you.
I don’t want to alarm you, but I think you’re starting to feel happy! ❤
